Recognition

Accreditation you can check before you enrol

Every Alpha Education programme names its accrediting body and the CME or CPD credit it carries, so you can confirm recognition against your own licensing requirements before you commit.

How CME and CPD credit works

Continuing medical education (CME) and continuing professional development (CPD) credit is how licensing bodies and employers measure the training you complete after qualifying. Each Alpha Education programme is mapped to a named accrediting body from the outset, not certified after the fact.

The credit hours a programme carries, shown as CME hours on its course page, come directly from that mapping. Assessment, and a supervised logbook where relevant, sit behind the credit so the certificate reflects verified learning, not attendance alone.

Accreditation questions

Accreditation is mapped per programme. Each course page names the accrediting body and the CME or CPD credit attached, so recognition is never assumed.

Most employers and regulators recognise CME and CPD credit from a named accrediting body. Check the specific body on your course page against your local licensing requirements.

Use the certificate verification page with the reference number printed on your certificate.

It reflects how widely an accrediting body's credit is recognised. International bodies are portable across borders; local and national bodies are recognised within a specific market.
