This policy outlines the terms governing payments made to Alpha Education for courses, exams and other services. By proceeding with any payment, you agree to the terms below.
We accept the following payment methods:
2.1 Full payment: Full payment is required at the time of enrolment unless otherwise specified. Courses are not confirmed until payment is received.
2.2 Instalments: Instalment plans are available for select courses. You must follow the agreed schedule; missed instalments may result in suspension or cancellation.
2.3 Late payments: Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of 5% of the total amount. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation without refund eligibility.
All payments are made in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. For international transactions, currency conversion fees may apply and are the responsibility of the payer.
An official invoice is issued upon payment confirmation. Receipts are provided electronically, or in printed form for in-person transactions.
5.1 Online security: We use secure payment gateways to protect your financial information. Alpha Education will never request sensitive payment details, such as a card PIN or password, by email or phone.
5.2 Fraud prevention: Fraudulent transactions will be cancelled and may be reported. You are responsible for ensuring payments are made from a legitimate source.
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Cancellations must be made within the stated deadlines to qualify.
Notify us in writing within 7 days of the transaction for any payment-related dispute or query. We aim to review and respond within 14 business days.
