Alpha Education provides accredited continuing medical education across several fields. By enrolling in or using any of these services, you agree to the specific guidelines and requirements applicable to that service.

1.1 Courses and programmes: Accredited CME, CPD, medical, dental, aesthetic, life support and allied health courses, delivered in Dubai and online.

1.2 Membership: Post-course membership giving graduates access to certification records, resources and peer contact.

1.3 Exam partnerships: Where we work with third-party examination bodies, their own terms and schedules also apply.

1.4 Faculty and partnerships: Applications to teach, and collaboration with academic and clinical partner institutions.

You must provide accurate and up to date information for all registrations, applications or service requests.
You must comply with any course or exam-specific guidelines provided by us or our academic and testing partners.
You must not engage in fraudulent activity, misuse of resources, or violation of intellectual property rights.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.

Payments for courses, memberships or other services must be completed as stated at enrolment.
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

We are not liable for loss, damage or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers, such as testing bodies or travel partners.
Services are provided on an as-is basis, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service without prior notice.
